Refund policy

We ask that you choose your items carefully before placing your order. No refunds or exchanges are available for personalised products. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to change your size, please contact us at enquiries@dmcsport.com.au to start the process. 

You may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund providing the following is met: 

1. Original proof of purchase is supplied
2. Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with swing tags still attached
3. Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note we do not offer exchanges, your return will be refunded and you can purchase your new item from the shop. For 'Change of Mind' or orders made in mistake, we will NOT refund the shipping portion of the order.
